Hotel Policies

Guest information and house rules for OOGLE HOTEL.

General rule: A written booking confirmation may contain specific room, event, cancellation or payment conditions. Where those differ from this general policy, the written booking confirmation applies, subject to applicable law.

1. Reservations and confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after OOGLE HOTEL confirms it through an official contact channel. Guests should provide accurate booking details, dates, occupancy and contact information. Group, conference and event bookings may have separate written conditions.

2. Check-in, check-out and identification

Check-in and check-out arrangements are confirmed with the reservation. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability. Management may request appropriate identification where reasonably necessary for guest safety or hotel records.

3. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

Cancellation or amendment terms are communicated when the booking is confirmed. Guests should contact the hotel as early as possible when plans change. Different terms may apply to group stays, conferences, events or special bookings.

4. Payment and pricing

Room, dining and conference prices are confirmed directly by OOGLE HOTEL. This website does not collect card or bank details. Guests should only follow payment instructions received through official hotel contact channels.

5. Occupancy, children and visitors

Rooms must not exceed the occupancy agreed at booking. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Visitors must respect hotel security, guest privacy, local customs and staff instructions.

6. Conduct, noise and prohibited activity

Guests must behave respectfully. Harassment, threats, fighting, unlawful activity and serious disruption are not permitted. Noise should be kept at a reasonable level, especially during rest and prayer times.

7. Smoking, alcohol and prohibited items

Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms, the mosque, dining area or conference hall. Alcohol, unlawful substances, hazardous materials and unlawful items are not permitted on the premises.

8. Mosque

The mosque is a dedicated prayer area. Guests should keep it clean and quiet, follow appropriate etiquette and respect prayer times and staff guidance.

9. Dining and food allergies

Menu items may vary according to availability. Guests should tell staff about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Because common allergens may be handled in the kitchen, a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

10. Conference hall and events

The conference hall must be reserved in advance. Event organisers are responsible for their attendees, agreed capacity, setup, conduct and use of the venue. Additional cleaning, damage or special arrangements may be charged where agreed in the event booking.

11. Damage, hotel property and lost property

Guests may be held responsible for deliberate, reckless or significant damage they cause, subject to applicable law. Lost keys or hotel property should be reported promptly. Found items may be retained for a reasonable period; collection or delivery arrangements are normally the guest's responsibility.

12. Safety and emergencies

Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions, report hazards promptly and must not interfere with safety equipment. Accessibility or special assistance requests should be discussed before arrival so the hotel can confirm what can be provided.

13. Complaints and policy changes

Guests are encouraged to raise concerns promptly so management can respond. OOGLE HOTEL may update these policies as operations develop. Policies remain subject to applicable local laws and confirmed booking terms.
